Nancy Johnson, PT
Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. She has practiced physical therapy for more than 27 years in a variety of settings, including neurological rehabilitation, skilled nursing and orthopedics. For the last 9 years, she has practiced in orthopedics, utilizing her advanced training in manual skills to maximize her patients’ abilities and function. Her passion for physical therapy is evident in returning her patients back to full function, so that they may live their lives to their maximum abilities.
Nancy teaches and trains the patient to utilize exercise in addition to their skilled PT intervention, to maximize their function in daily activities of work and recreation.
She is certified in ASTYM and has had hundreds of hours of continuing education to keep her skills up to date and progressive. Nancy is also involved in the community of Auburn through such groups as Rotary of Auburn, Auburn Young Life, Reality Sports, Community in Schools, and has been active in the past in PTA and youth sports coaching.
She and her husband have raised their three children in Auburn while enjoying, hiking, skiing, and boating activities. Professional organizations include the Washington State PT Association, American Physical Therapy Association, and Physical Therapists in Private Practice in Washington State.
Kim Fisher, PT, OCS
Kim has been a physical therapist at Lakeland Sports & Spine Physical Therapy (LSSPT) since it opened in 2003 and worked at its sister clinic in Renton when it opened in 2001. She earned her certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2009. She stays current with advanced treatments in a variety of ways to help to restore your function, including taking over 500 hours of post-graduation courses.
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, accident at home or work, or from a surgery, Kim's manual therapy skills and knowledge keeps you on the right track. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington and combines her interests in medicine, sports and healthy living to provide treatment and education to help you return to your best function.

Kim enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, golfing, reading and travel. She is an active member of her church and community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, including two daughters and a grandson.
Matt Fenstermaker, PT, DPT
Matt is a recent graduate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington State University. During his schooling, Matt took multiple advanced level courses in manual therapy of the spine and extremities, and is currently working towards the completion of his Manual Therapy Certification through the University of St. Augustine. Matt enjoys educating the patient on their injuries and treatment, so they have a full understanding of the direction of their recovery and can lead healthier lifestyles following completion of therapy. Matt’s main interests include sports medicine, orthopedics, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Originally from the Portland area, Matt enjoys being outdoors, running, golfing, and cheering on the Cougs in his spare time. He and his fiancé, Diane, are currently planning their wedding this August.
